We have been treating people right since our beginning in 1955 - from superior customer service, employee relations to community involvement, respect for people has always been our number one selling point. Jan Gelderman embodied these principles, along with a passion for plants and a knack for accounting when he started the company in 1955. Today, his son Hank continues that legacy, applying the same ideals to a much larger company.
